What payment methods are available for completing my purchase?
We accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Credit/Debit Cards (via Payflex) and Cryptocurrencies. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred payment method.
How much time do you allow to make an EFT payment?
We allow 48 hours for you to conclude an EFT payment. Should the payment not be made in this timeframe, the order will be cancelled.
Is a tracking number provided with my shipment?

What is peptide purity?
This is the percentage of peptide that is found in the correct sequence as opposed to truncated, deleted, or incomplete sequences that can arise from peptide synthesis. The purity is determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
What purity do I need for my experiments with peptides?
The final purity of a peptide is very important and depends on the type of experimentation you are doing:
- For non-sensitive screening assays, crude or >75% is recommended.
- For immunogen grade, >85% is recommended.
- For receptor/ligand studies, bio-assay studies, or cell studies >95% is recommended.
- For structural studies, >98% is recommended.
How do I know if a product is available?
Product availability is displayed on each product page and is updated daily based on global inventory levels.
For stock products, shipments are dispatched via express courier within 2-3 business days after the order is received. Shipping times may vary for orders containing Home Office controlled substances, and customers will be notified of delivery times upon order confirmation.
For non-stock products, an estimated lead time will be provided and confirmed once the order is received. Please note, we can only accept orders from and ship products to research institutes and establishments familiar with our products’ properties.
